Pocket Network Foundation

The Pocket Network Foundation (PNF) is the non-profit steward of Pocket Network. PNF exists to grow, sustain, and protect the decentralized infrastructure that powers Pocket — not to extract value from it.

What PNF Does

Infrastructure operations. PNF operates the public API portal at api.pocket.network, providing free RPC access to 60+ blockchains with no API key required. This portal serves as the default entry point for developers building on Pocket.

Ecosystem growth. PNF pursues partnerships with chain foundations, exchanges, and ecosystem builders. We handle business development, co-marketing, and integration support for teams building on or with Pocket Network.

Protocol stewardship. PNF contributes to protocol development, funds public goods through the DAO treasury, and coordinates governance processes. We don’t control the protocol — we serve it.

Community support. PNF maintains documentation, community channels, and developer resources. We’re the team behind these docs, the Pocket Discord, and ecosystem tooling.

Sustainability Model

PNF operates as a non-profit. We don’t take profit margins on relay traffic or charge rent-seeking fees. Our sustainability comes from the DAO treasury allocation (10% of minted POKT), grants, and partnerships. This non-profit structure means the network’s costs stay dramatically lower than centralized alternatives.

Working With PNF
